Delivery Information

All orders will be dispatched within 10 working days upon receipt of payment. 


Registered Mail 


Items will be delivered by Singpost registered mail. A collection advice will be given by Singpost if the parcel is not received at the point of delivery. You may collect the parcel at the nearest post office with the collection advice the following day.


Courier Service 


Items that are bulky or fragile will be delivered to your doorstep. Courier staff will contact customer to arrange and confirm delivery date and time. 


Overseas Delivery


For delivery outside Singapore, kindly email your order and delivery address to contact@2peasinapot.com to request for the shipping charges. We'll follow up with an e-invoice with a payment link .

Note: During festive season, do expect delayed deliveries.

Prices listed are in Singapore Dollars.


All prices are fixed. Sales items are not exchangable and non-refundable.


1.3 Refunds & Exchanges


All items sold are non-refundable.


In the event, a shipping error occur, please notify us within 3 working days. Kindly indicate the order no. item information and email to contact@2peasinapot.com. A notification with exchange instructions will be emailed to you once request is accepted. 


All exchange items must be returned in original condition. 


1.4 Loss & Damages During Shipment 


2 Peas in a Pot is not liable for any loss or damages to goods during the course of shipment and delivery.  We will do our best to ensure the most suitable packaging for all orders.








Enamel on steel is hard and strong. But like all fine ceramic materials, enamelware will chip if dropped or handled too roughly. Chips affect appearance but not functionality. The only drawback is that if not dried properly, you might see rust on pieces where chips have occurred. As a matter of fact, our manufacturers purposely distress enamelware to give it the look of antique pieces. Most of our enamel products have such imperfections created on purpose that are part of the design and should not be misconstrued as flaws. Continued use of chipped pieces is an esthetic decision. As with any enamelware, some scratching and dulling of the surface is likely to occur over time.


Hand Painted or Handmade Items

Some products that are hand-painted or manufactured by hand may have slight variances in color, texture, shape and consistency. Like all handmade goods, there may also be inherent imperfections in certain items and none shall be considered defects.



Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
